"John” the sparkling sake prized a gold medal and trophy of the Sake section of IWC2016

In "Aikawa, Tosa-cho, Tosa-gun."
Reihoku area of Kochi pref., rice cultivation has been continued on terraced rice fields on the slope of mountains for a long period of times. It is 350-600m above sea level, the difference of temperature between nights and days is 15 degrees Celsius, blessed with nature such as pure water and fresh air.
We have made sparkling sake from finely brewed daiginjo sake with no added alcohol by using rice suitable for brewing sake ”Gin-no-yume (dream of chant)” grown on this field.
"匠 (John)” that is speared no pains over the brewing with all the skill of our chief brewer and the thought of us has been grown up to popular brand for not only Japanese but also people of
all over the world. Finally, it won the wonderful top medal in SAKE section of International Wine Challenge 2016, the world's largest wine competitive show.
"匠" is the kanji the meaning of artisan, art (technique, technical skills), the skill and the work to devise, or to create. You will imagine the taste of this sparkling sake named
"匠(John)”, won’t you?
